I placed my first, and probably last, order with Dyson on Sunday for delivery on Monday. I received an email on Monday saying the delivery was delayed. I don’t have a problem with that. But so far today I have heard nothing and have had no response from Dyson on WhatsApp. I find using the telephone very difficult and always prefer a live chat option.
To add insult to injury I’ve also been charged twice!!!
An absolutely awful experience, I really expected better.
