V11 Animal saying airway blocked

 I have a Dyson V11 animal cordless and it says that the airway is blocked even though it isnt. I have cleaned the machine, checked for blockages and changed the filter. What else can i try?

tap icon on screen, pure humidify & cool autoreact fan

Please could anyone help, I’ve spoke to dyson online chat & they recommend a new part but machine is still saying same.when I take the water tank out & fill up (keeping all top dry) and put back into machine, after turning power back on a tap icon comes up on screen, this is pretty much a new fan. When speaking with Dyson chat the told me the pump column needed to be replaced, today they have sent me another brand new one, and after filling water tank in inserting in machine after powering it back up the tap icon comes back on ? Has anyone had this, dyson was telling me last week that this new part would 100% fix the problem but it doesn’t seem to have, has anyone else had this fault ??

Why do headphones only come in one ugly color?

As amazing as the features of the Dyson headphones sound, the color alone is enough to prevent me from purchasing. Why can’t Dyson create headphones in a variety of colors? Personally, the Blush/Copper color that the new hair tools come in is absolutely beautiful. Why not make pink headphones as well? I’d purchase those in a heartbeat. Any thoughts?

Same values for PM 2.5 and 10 on device as well as app

I recently bought a TP09 purifier and the PM2.5 and PM 10 readings are always exactly the same. It dies not seem to be an app issue, the readings on the device are the same. The device has been restarted multiple times as well.  Does anyone know of a fix? Thanks

v10 animal no power

The vacuum cleaner was cutting out. We still tried to use it and caused damage.When we push the trigger button, only lights go on, no sound etc.Both website troubleshooting and call center agent recommended to replace main body and cyclone. (£105)I thought the problem might be about electronic part only (main body) and bought just that piece. (£49)it works now! Saved £56! Dyson should update the troubleshooting page or people should try replacing main body first before trying to replace whole cyclone and main body.

Faulty battery/charger

I just bought a new Dyson V15 Detect and I check it when it arrived, and it worked fine. Put back everything on the box. Few days later, when I was going to put it to charge, found that it stopped working. I am an electronics tech and it verified that charger was working correctly and verified the battery terminals. All good. Follow all Dyson instructions about resetting the system and nothing. Finished sending it back for a full refund. I will think again if I am going to buy again from Dyson.

Shelf life of V8 Absolute - Battery capacity

I bought our V8 Absolute in October 2017.  It has poor run time and I can just replace the battery.  However I don’t want to replace the battery and find that I need to replace the machine as they donlt last that long.  It gets average use and is not mistreated or mishandled!

Product and Service disaster

 I live in Cyprus and bought a Dyson V8 in the summer of 2022. One week after my purchase, it broke. I took it to my local provider and they fixed it within two weeks under the warranty. However, a year and a half later, it broke again. This time, the battery lasted only 30 seconds on high mode. The service technicians tried to convince me that it was normal, but it clearly wasn't. They agreed to "research" the issue, and later confirmed that there were indeed issues with the battery that needed replacement. That was one and a half months ago. I attached a photo as proof. Since then, I have received no calls from them. Yesterday, I called, and they promised to return my call but didn't. Today, I called again only to hear that they still don’t have the battery. It’s been a month and a half. Now, my only option is to share this story here and hope that Dyson will take notice.  Wil you Dyson?

Mapping issues on the 360 Vis Nav

I’ve had a Roomba in the past and hated it, so I was excited to finally get a Dyson, having bought my first Dyson vacuum in 2006. I expected the mapping on the Dyson to be top notch.  Last night, I mapped our home, and this morning I tried creating a map. Our home has angles, so not everything is on a 90-degree layout.  There is no way for me to put a separation at a 45-degree angle. Rotating the separation is only at 90-degree angles. With the Roomba, we could isolate our kitchen for a daily cleaning, but there is no way to do this without adding 45-degree separators.  This also means that our cleaning routine over FIVE AND A HALF HOURS to clean the living room and kitchen together?  Dyson, will you be adding the ability to create 45-degree angles in the software? If not, this vacuum is completely useless in our home.  Here’s the Roomba map with angled zone dividers:

I keep getting Emails from Dyson telling me that a product is now in stock, but when I try to order it, it is out of stock. The helpdesk cannot explain why this is happening. I have had two more Emails today from Dyson on this.

Matching parts for my vac. - Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute (Copper)

I have the accessories (& wall mount) for a “Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute (Copper)”. I know this is the model because it also had the manual, with the sticker giving the Serial Number, and when I registered it this was the model that was identified.However, when we got all these parts, the main body and charger were missing. Now I’m on a hunt to replace these. I’m finding various body units that appear similar but different labels are used with them. Some say “V10 Animal” - others say “V10 (Model SV12)”.Will any of the “large canister” bodies that are identified as “V10” work with my parts??

My Negative Customer Service Experience with Dyson - Wall Dock Installation Issue

Hello everyone on the forum,I would like to share my recent experiences with Dyson's customer service, which unfortunately turned out to be very dissatisfying. Since December, I have been trying to solve the problem with installing the wall dock for my Dyson Gen5 vacuum cleaner, but unfortunately without success.After the initial installation, I encountered a serious problem that prevented me from using the device freely. Despite multiple requests for help, I was ignored by the company. It is a known problem described here on the forum and is due to the fact that the manufacturer did not anticipate that the location of the docking station would change. However, this was not indicated in the instructions, which I find unacceptable.I've been told I have to wait for parts, and it's been over five months and no one can say how much longer I'll have to wait for a simple plastic part.What's worse, I learned that other docking stations are available, and offered as addition to Dyson Gen5 for

My airwrap broken after 3 years.

My Airwrap broke after 3 years, and it is not repairable. The solution given to me was a 25% discount to buy a new one. I would like to report my immense dissatisfaction. Considering the significant investment I made when purchasing the product, it is disappointing to find that its lifespan is so limited, especially since I have always used the product with extreme care. I firmly believe that a product of such value should offer durability consistent with its quality and price.

What repair options does Dyson offer for out of warranty Airwrap unit ?

I purchased my air wrap in 2020, loved it, raved about to my friends and even talked them into buying it. Suddenly this thing stopped working.  Sought chat support - horrible, I was offered to send unit to Ontario (I am in AB Canada mind you) at my own expense. She kept repeating I buy a new one Called - a guy promised to look into my case and see what he can do (april 1st). He told me Canada actually has no repair centre. Really? Is this true dyson? Then buddyy said he will call me back april 5th. never got that call so I called Customer service april 12th so i was told basically, tough luck only option is to buy a new one and they will sell me a new unit at 20% (apparently their best offer). I dont need that, i can get it at 20% off with my sephora acct.  then I asked, what is the benchmark usage for this airwrap so I can do the math based on how much cost im putting on for the life its expected to last. The lady didnt have this info (she was very nice btw). She said based on what su

My airwrap keeps cutting out and flasshing red

I have had my air wrap for about 3 year and I have been maintaining it by cleaning the filter with the brush provided and cleaning any hair/debris from the attachments as described online.  Despite this my airwrap is now continually cutting out when I use it and flashing red. Any help? Does anyone know of anywhere I can have it serviced or something along those lines?

EU Airwrap in the US - solution needed!

Hi there,can @dyson please provide a customer centric solution to safely use a EU Dyson in countries with different Voltage/Wattage/Power Outlets! (‚& US, UK etc. in EU, Asia, etc.)Looking at the amount of threads about this topic I believe it’s a opportunity for Dyson to truly delight customers!I‘m utterly disappointed that there’s no official converter/ adapter recommended that makes our precious Airwrap work when travelling, working abroad. In some countries you have +30 days of holiday & remote work is here to stay - it’s a Zeitgeist Lifestyle topic you seriously should take into consideration!How about partnering up with converter/adapter manufacturer and create an add-on product (as beautiful and practical like the Airwrap) and offering this to your customers? OR for sustainability reasons offer a rental service in your stores?Having said that, can any success stories about using your EU Airwrap in the US be shared with name and model or link to the exact adapter / conver

360 Vis Nav Problems

Hi Dyson Community,I purchased a 360 Vis Nav to replace my 360 Heurist robot as it was continuously scraping against walls and just not getting back to the charger base (Separate story).Setup the new 360 vis nav in the same place as the old - within the parameters of the requirements - on my landing. Started the mapping an it started - needed me to hit resume a few times when it bumped into the skirting but all good. Then I started a clean and it drove me crazy - it would get to a certain point in the landing bump twice then say its been lifted, when into rooms and got lost needing me to take it back to the charger - this was worse then the old one.I check the floor and thought it was the design of the banister so I even put card board along the edge to give a solid edge and still the same problem.Tried to remap and it just would do the mapping correctly.So contacted Dyson support and they replaced the unit. Setup the new replacement unit and it won't map  - gets to the same place in t

Been trying to pay my TP07 for months now and still issues…might aswell of got the. TP10 at this rate as always constantly getting stuck on 3rd one or sometimes the others worked perfectly when I first got it a few years ago but I don’t know what you’ve done since for it not to connect. please fix this?!

Losing power - blue light solid on charging

My dyson V7 seems to be losing power very quickly, it appears to be charging as the blue light is solid when on charge, no flashing etc as others have. It works but then cuts out after 5 mins or so, is this just the battery not holding charge? We have not replaced the battery and had the dyson a number of years.?
