After months of speaking to customer service and steps taken regarding dyson v12 detect.they finally agreed to exchange my hoover.

I was away so missed the delivery and now dyson refuse to send another they only was to do a repair.

Rude staff talking of a script and literally put the phone down on u.never experienced such bad customer service in my life.does anyone have a ceo email address please? 

Press office and social media should be made aware
