Our v12 motorbar died in the guarantee period. Contacted Dyson and they ordered a new one. So far so good. Now 5 months later still didn’t received anything. I can’t clean my carpet anymore. Paid 700 euro for a half working vacuum. This is ridiculous! I contacted support already and no one can’t help us with a new part or a solution as compensation or a new device incl motorbar.
What is happening Dyson? Is your company going bankrupt? On Reddit there are more people with order issues.
