I purchased a hair dryer in Nov 2024. Returned it within a week. I received a conformation email from Dyson that they have received the return. It was 12/6/24. However, I have not received a refund. I have contacted them several times. They gave me excuses. What should I do next? I am so frustrated.
I just called them again. They always give me the same answer…it will be refunded in 10-14 business days’. I’m thinking about reporting this to consumer protection agency. I love Dyson products but customer service and management have serious problems.
