I am extremely disappointed with your customer service. I have been contacting you for over a month regarding my refund, and every single time, I am told, “We will follow up and respond in 48 hours.” However, no one ever calls back or provides any real updates. After 40days of follow ups, I am told there is no ETA, do not call us everyday. wait for our response.
This level of service is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for your customers’ time and concerns. How long am I supposed to wait for a basic response or resolution? This has been a terrible experience, and I would not recommend your service to anyone based on this frustrating ordeal.
