If your Dyson Corrale straighteners are indicating that they’re too hot, please allow them to cool down fully before attempting to use or recharge them.
If the alert on the screen doesn’t clear after your straightener has been allowed to cool down, please contact Dyson Customer Care directly so we can provide further troubleshooting and support.
Please visit Dyson.com and click the round purple button to launch the Dyson Digital Assistant. Then click the agent icon in the bottom left corner of the chat window to start a conversation with our Customer Care team.
