Why won't dyson honor their warranty, I sent a set back under warranty and they replaced as machine faulty, replacement set have developed an issue which renders them an ornament and they refuse to look at them saying they are not under warranty but I have the email with the warranty dates on and they are still under warranty as I speak??? I have better ways to spend £400

The Dyson guarantee starts at the date of purchase, and is validated by your proof of purchase - this would include your original store receipt, or an order confirmation email, payment notification email or similar if you ordered online.
