I just received my “new” Dyson v15 detect vacuum. It arrived with the box half open, Dyson sticker tape almost completely off. Opening the box completely showed that the vacuum had clearly already been used and was just thrown back into the box and then just sent to me.
After speaking to “customer service” chat yesterday I was informed that there are no more of those vacuums available and I’d get an email someday when they were available again.
I’ve never seen such horrendous service before in my life! I’ve had over 6 Dyson vacuums throughout my life and never encountered anything like this before! Is this the new normal for this company? I’m in shock over this entire experience.
