I’m reaching out for assistance regarding a Dyson product I recently purchased through the Vinted platform. The item was advertised as a brand-new and genuine Dyson Airwrap. Although the price was slightly lower than the standard retail price on Dyson’s official store, the seller provided a receipt from a Dyson store in Madrid, Spain, and assured me that the product was original, unused, and under warranty. My intent was to use the device primarily in Italy.

However, upon receiving the product, I noticed several inconsistencies that strongly suggest it may not be authentic. One of the smaller barrels is also malfunctioning. Based on these issues, I suspect the product is counterfeit.

To initiate a refund through Vinted, I need written confirmation from a Dyson representative stating that the product is indeed not genuine. I am happy to provide detailed photos and a full explanation of the discrepancies I’ve observed. Unfortunately, I’m unable to visit a physical Dyson store for verification, as there are none within reach.

I’ve attached images that clearly highlight the most significant inconsistencies. I would be very grateful for your guidance and support in verifying the authenticity of this product.
