v15 vaccum intermittently working | Dyson Community

Hello,

 

My Dyson V15 is intermittently working only purchased less than a year ago, so well within warranty.

 

I have now phoned the Dyson customer service team 3 times and been provided with 3 different answers and also hung up on and when I asked to escalate was told there is no process for this.

Essentially. I have been advised I need a new cyclone motor and there are none in stock and was told no estimated time frames could be given. I would just have to wait on an email notification. Which could be a day a week a fortnight or longer. This is not good enough I cannot wait a week 2 weeks are longer. Please Dyson why can’t you Lyst swap your faulty machine out.

Hi, no issues resolved or no word back from Dyson.


I'm not a technician but do you clean yr filter every month?
