To change the email address associated with your MyDyson™️ account or any other contact information, you’ll need to log into your account using the Dyson website. Once here, navigate to the ‘Contact Details’ section and begin editing.

By changing the email address associated with your MyDyson™️ account, if you have used the same email to login to the MyDyson™️ App, you may be automatically signed out of the App. Please sign back in by using your new email.

Steps

  1. Sign in with your Dyson account at https://www.dyson.com/your-dyson or clicking My Dyson at the top of the Dyson website. Note: Some countries such as Australia redirect to the MyDyson App instead of your MyDyson account
  2. Click on the Update your information under Contact Information
  3. Click on the small pencil icon beside Your details
  4. Update fields, it may ask for your password again
  5. Save changes and you’re done!
