Dyson Corrale unable to buy airline tag out of stock

I am having trouble locating the Flight Ready Tag for my Dyson Corrale hair straightener. I’ve searched online for a replacement but haven’t been able to find one. Without the tag, I am unable to disable airplane mode, which makes the straightener unusable.

Product serial number and details:

serial number U4G-US-TKJ0997A

purchase date Jan 7, 2025

Located in Hopkinton, MA USA

Has anyone else faced this issue, and does Dyson offer a way to purchase a replacement Flight Ready Tag separately? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I went to Dyson service center as requested by the Dyson customer service agent as they do not have it in stock. The person at service center did not have it on hand as well as it is a newer machine with 2 pin ready to fly tag. He only had the old ones with 4 pins. He will try to secure it sometime and call me when available. How frustrating is the experience because one does not spend over $500 just in a month to discover Dyson does not make spare parts. I am truly disappointed and would not recommend others to buy Dyson. Planning to share this information and experience on social media platforms for a greater reach to build awareness.
