Extremely poor customer service.
Trying to return a hair care attachment for refund as payment has been taken. Rang 4 times to get a return label to return item, however, then received a duplicate attachment never having asked for another!! Now still can’t get the return label emailed to me. So annoying. If I have to ring again I’m going to involve head office and alert Watch dog to the incompetence of Dyson Customer Service.
