Unresolved Issue with My Machine. dont received answer from customer serive | Dyson Community

I contacted Dyson Customer Services and went through troubleshooting. I was informed that my machine was not in stock and that I needed to wait until it became available or find a color I liked. I found a color I liked and called Dyson, at which point I was told my inquiry would be escalated to a higher department and that I would receive a call within 24-48 hours. However, I have yet to receive any communication—no missed calls or emails.

 

I’ve been trying to resolve this issue with my machine for over four months, and I’m not receiving the help I need.
