I've been trying to get in touch with Dyson regarding a repair for my out-of-warranty V12. I understand there will be a repair cost, and I’m prepared to cover it. Despite several interactions with Dyson's Customer Service, I was informed they could handle the repair shipping. I opted to have the unit shipped to a UPS store for packing and dispatch, but I don’t have a UPS number to arrange this. I've reached out to Dyson via their Chat System, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, but their standard response is to DM them for further assistance. Unfortunately, after I send the DMs with my issue
