Faulty battery/charger

I just bought a new Dyson V15 Detect and I check it when it arrived, and it worked fine. Put back everything on the box. Few days later, when I was going to put it to charge, found that it stopped working. I am an electronics tech and it verified that charger was working correctly and verified the battery terminals. All good. Follow all Dyson instructions about resetting the system and nothing. Finished sending it back for a full refund. I will think again if I am going to buy again from Dyson.
