I’ve been trying to buy a replacement filter for my outsized vacuum, which is still under warranty. The filter has been out of stock for MONTHS! I tried again a few days ago, and signed up for notifications again. A day or so later I was happy to be notified that the filter was now in stock, so I ordered one, only to get the following notification:
Thank you for your recent Dyson purchase.
Unfortunately, due to higher than usual demand, the (970422-01) Filter Unit is currently out of stock and we have had to cancel your order 1652709737.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
What gives, people? I own several Dyson machines, but am currently NOT a fan!
