I have asked for a repair of my Dyson hot/cool tower and three times the collection courier DPD has not turned up. I have been asked by Dyson customer service to reschedule for a FOURTH time. Is there a way to bring the machine to Peter Jones in London for example to get it repaired there? It’s out of warranty and I’m paying for the repair service. I have had to call customer service 10 times already. They are no use.
