Dyson Air Purifier demaged - bad customer service

My air Purifier TP07 (bought April 2023) does not work anymore properly. 

With the wifi menu, there is an an exclamation mark and resetting the machine does not fix it. In the past I always had problems with it, suddenly the machine was longer to be found with the app and I was only able to fix it via removing it from the app and reset the machine. This no longer works now. I don’t find it anymore in the app.

When I contacted Dyson support they ask me to go to a repair center in NJ,  far away from Manhattan. It would require me to take an UBER and the cost would be like USD 200 for both ways.

This is unacceptable how is it possible there is nothing in New York? How is it my fault that I received a faulty machine? There must be another way. Can you guys not send me a shipping tag?
