My machine stopped working after 2 months of buying it. I raised an exchange request for it. I sent the product within 2 days and it has been more than a month since I got a update.

EVERYTIME I chat or email you guys, there’s just a standard reply “You’ll get an update in 24 hours”. After that? Nothing happens. After chatting about 15 times, you finally decided to send my exchange order but THAT GOT CANCELLED FOR NO REASON. I see the machine is available. But it got cancelled.
And now you guys have even stopped replying to my emails.

Is the customer service limited only till we’re buying the product? Because it seems like that. When I wanted to buy the product EVERYTHING was pretty smooth and fast. And now nothing is moving.
