Have just set up my new Dyson V12, works ok does what it says on the tin BUT it didn’t mention a wobbly wand in the blurb, any rectification modules forthcoming out there, I would be most grateful as a wobbly wand ain’t no good to anyone………..thanks in anticipation, regards Bob

@Bobbie28 Thanks for your post. Here’s the thing to test: Go ahead and connect the main body DIRECTLY to the head of the machine (bypassing the wand) - then, notice, is that a tight grip or also wobbly?

If that one is tight, the wand may need to be replaced - contact your local support for that.

 

If the grip between the head and main body is ALSO wobbly, likely the main body will need replaced
