I bought my air wrap dyson few days ago. I have made research before doing my first try. When i tried to use it this morning it doesn’t work so well. The curls wont last, I started with a damp hair with 90% dry. I used mousse and spray but still doesnt work
i tried again and prolong the seconds to 10-17 . But it doesn’t look good. I feel frustrated . I think it’s because i have chemically treated hair (rebonded) this is my 2nd set of air wrap dyson, my first one doesnt work we’ll either thats why I upgraded to newest version but i experienced the same thing . I regret this decision i made

I’m sorry you’re struggling to use your machine with your particular hair type. For the best style results and retention, our recommendation would be to start with 80% dry hair, to use in combination with your favourite styling products, and to ensure you set each curl using the Cold shot button for 10 to 15 seconds.
