I have been trying to contact dyson via whatapp however have not received any help what so ever over the past week.
my machine is showing that the airway is blocked and I have done everything that the trouble shooting suggests.
I have paid almost 1k for my product to stop working and for the company to not answer any calls due to technical issues.

Faulty filter or glitchy trigger/electronics. If a filter wash doesn’t solve it, getting a replacement part is the only option. Have you tried calling Dyson? Might be more direct.
Double check everything here, in case something was missed off. it’s not exactly covering the blockage light, but it’s some of the same checks you’d need to do in either way!
