Hi
i am wondering if you can help. I have a dyson small ball allergy (UP22) and whilst using it when either turning in a left or right direction, there is a whining sound from the machine. There is no whining when it switched off.
I have had issues with the machine less than a year ago where it went off for repair twice, the heap filter in the ball was replaced however which resolved the issue for a while until now, it seems like there is a manufacturing fault in the machine in the seals around the motor.
Can you please advise what the issue could be? The filters are clean. Annoyingly I am unable to purchase a new set of filters as the pre filter has been out of stock for several months.
Also when the hose is fully stretched out I can hear some air from the machine, even though I’ve had a new hose and wand, is this normal? I’ve never had these issues with my previous dc33 & dc07.
i would appreciate your assistance, my machine is under guarantee until 2027.
Many Thanks
Arun
