With your Dyson Zone™ headphones successfully paired and connected to the MyDyson™ app, open the MyDyson™ app to the home-screen and select the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right, then select ‘Your machine’s settings’.
From here, navigate through to the ‘Serial number’ option.
If you have more than one machine registered in the MyDyson™ app, follow the same process to view the serial number of each one.
Please note
- The serial number is also located under the ear cushion on the right earcup.
- To remove the existing ear cushions on the headphones, gently twist the cushion anticlockwise until it can be pulled away from the ear cup.
- To re-fit the ear cushions, gently twist the cushion clockwise until it locks into place.
