How do you go about making a product suggestion?

That’s a great question!
There are a few ways in which you can leave feedback or make a product suggestion.
The first is to post a ‘Conversation’ to the wider Community - Posting this allows other members to participate in the conversation and, in some cases may help to expand on the subject. These are then passed on by me to our wider teams during feedback and development sessions.
The second is much more direct, contacting Dyson directly. This can be done by contacting your local Dyson office, via email, providing them with your feedback and/or suggestion. To do this, simply click on our Guides and manuals link, navigate to the ‘Contact us’ section of the page.
That said, please do bear in mind that we may not be able to directly comment on our future developments and technology integration plans. Our teams do however regularly review and prioritise suggestions ahead of each software and hardware release and development phase.
