After month I still didn’t get any update regarding my replacement

I am very disappointed with the customer service. I have been contacting you for over a month regarding my replacement and every single time, I am told, “We will back with update within 24-48 hours.” However, no one ever calls back or provides any real updates. 

How do I get in touch with a manager or anyone in power to get my replace??
