Anyone have issues with GLS shopping? | Dyson Community

I recently purchased directly from Dyson, and my order was shipped on 11/11 through GLS (which took 2 chats to find out because the shipping confirmation email did not have a courier listed, and chat experts were not too helpful).

2 days since shipping, and GLS doesn't have my package yet. I asked Dyson if they can check if the package was picked up, only to be answered with “it takes 2-10 biz days for orders to get delivered” which did not give me much confidence.

I have only heard of not so great things about GLS so I’m nervous. Anyone had issues like this before?
