Thank for asking this here - I’m not sure we’ve covered this on the community before.
Once an order has been placed, and it reaches the point of dispatch, there isn’t usually the option to amend the delivery information. If it hasn’t reached this point, it may be something our local Contact Centre teams can support you with. They’re able to answer queries relating to order status, payment and delivery, as they’ll have access to your order history and other details.
Our Community team doesn’t have the ability to access personal account information, including order details. So queries like this aren’t something we can help with.
If the item has been dispatched already, refer to our How to: Check on the progress of a delivery article on what other steps are available to you.

This should say once your order has been placed, Dyson refuses to assist you with anything. Once they have your authorized transaction you can call ASAP, complete the necessary forms etc, and customer service will not assist you and you will be out the cash!
