So I have been trying since April. To get a refund. I provided proof the package never came to my home. I have called 10 times. 10 times being told I will have it resolved and refunded. Affirm has sent me to collections over this and now it’s hurting my credit score effecting me from buying my shop. They keep telling me someone is working on it but no one is. I just keep getting on the phone with someone from India arguing with me it’s out of their hands. I’m about to break down. If anyone can help out if I can talk to actual customer side service.
