DPD lost my repair and Dyson is ignoring the issue | Dyson Community

hi

i have a Dyson wash g1 that has been having issue with the water tank and showing exclamation mark on screen , so i contacted Dyson and a repair was started on the 17th of NOV and a pickup was done on the 18th , and that was the last i heard back from them for 2 weeks when it was getting past the time frame i started calling and each time i get a different run around some agents say to wait 3-5 business days other even gave me an order number for a new machine and promised me it would be delivered in 3 - 5 days ( which turned out to be a lie as well )

here we are over 40 days later and every time i call i get a different answer or promise to the point that its getting ridiculous

DPD lost the machine and since Dyson scheduled the pickup i cant do anything from my side and they wont take responsibility
