It’s been a 3 month battle with customer service since November. I sent in my vacuum for replacement on Dec 23 and was told in 18 business days the new one would ship. Well it didn’t and it’s now been about 6 live chats and calls and they keep saying we have escalated it and to return in 72 hours. They told be 3 different times they need to confirm it’s in the warehouse. Finally they did and they assured me by yesterday I was to get my email confirmation for the shipment of my replacement vacuum. I called today as it didn’t happen and now they want to escalate it again and said I have to wait another 72 hours. It’s getting so bad and I’m shocked at how bad Dyson customer service is. I just want my vacuum! Thanks
