I was looking at purchasing a Dyson and followed the aid to select the most suitable one. One offering was the Dyson v12 Detect Slim and it had a substantial discount associated with it, but when I went to purchase it the discount was not included.

I have contacted customer support but the discount didn’t seem to be visible to them - if the offer was available on a newspaper etc, they could assist but not when I the discount was from their own website - perplexing.
