How do you reactivate the bluetooth on Dyson Airwrap i.d.? The instructions do not work...

I unboxed today my new Aiwrap i.d. I was really excited about it. I easily connected to MyDyson app and created my profile. Then, I dried my hair. This time, I did not want to use the cone, just the brush. Then, I wanted to use the cone for the hair around the face. So, I open the app and saw that the styler was not connected to bluetooth. The blue light on the styler was blinking very slowly. I did not found the instructions that said to exit the app and open it again. Instead, I deactivated the bluetooth. Now, it’s impossiible to activate it anymore! I did follow the instructions, which are the same for deactvating it, but no success. I arrive until the bluetooth light blinks fast but then, even if I do the last step (keeping the on/off button to the top) the bluetooth light just go off again. I alo tried to connect the airstyle while the light was blinking fast, but it did not work. Can you please help me? I am afraid I’ll never sort it out and I do not want to get it back. Thank you all for your help, it will be very appreciated.

If you're facing issues with Bluetooth connectivity on your Dyson machine, here are some troubleshooting steps that may help:

  1. Reset the Dyson app: Clear all cache and cookies in the app. Then, uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure it is set up freshly.

  2. Enter the machine configuration mode:

    • Slide up the power button and release immediately.

    • Repeat this action four times consecutively. You should notice the blue LED blinking faster and reduced airflow.

  3. Enable Bluetooth:

    • Within 15 seconds of the previous step, slide up and hold the power button until you hear a single motor pulse (approximately 5 seconds). Then, release.

    • The blue LED will light up, indicating that Bluetooth has been successfully activated.

These steps should resolve common issues, enabling you to reconnect the device seamlessly. Hello Jannat,

Unfortunately, the bluetooth light do not appear anymore. I tried different things, even the reset. Moreover, since I removedthe Airwrap from the App to unistall/install it again for a fresh start, now I cannot even connect to the Airwrap to the app anymore (which I did very easily at the vey first attempt).

I think the bluettoh does not work anymore. I will call the Assistance for further instructions.
