How long is the wait for an exchange ? | Dyson Community

Hi I bought a V 8 , 2 months later it broke and Dyson agreed to exchange, my old V8 has been collected but no word of my new one being dispatched when I contact Dyson I keep being told different answers, I am without a hoover 2.5 weeks now 

does anybody know the timeframe for an exchange ? Thanks so much
