Hey,
I ordered a Gen 5 cordless vacuum on the 21st of November and scheduled a delivery for the 22nd. On the 22nd I received an email stating my order was delayed, later received a shipping notification that evening. It’s now the 24th and my tracking from DPD hasn’t updated from the 22nd where it’s “on the way to my local depot”. DPD won’t speak to me and the agent on live chat was unhelpful and couldn’t care less. I specifically asked for delivery on the 22nd as it was my day off, but I’m worried DPD will attempt delivery while I’m not in and leave a high valued item on my doorstep for it to be stolen.
How do I start an official complaint about this as there seems to be no information on the website about this. At this point I’d rather cancel the order and buy it at a local store.
