I had bad experiences in the past with different companies, but dyson has been the worst so far.
I ordered a Dyson for my Wife for Christmas and then it started to malfunciton so we asked for an exchange. The first agent gave me return information instead of exchange so I had to communicate again with them.
2nd time, I asked for the exchange information and the agent confirmed that everything was ready and that I should get an email shortly.
3rd time, email never arrived and contacted customer service to get that email sent.
4th time, I contacted them to inquiry about the status of my exchange and I was told that I needed to wait 18 business days for an EXCHANGE??
5th time, I got the confirmation that my new order was ready, but the agent added an address that was not mine to the delivery. I had to contact customer service right away to get it fixed. I contacted customer support, let them know about the mistake and told them how to fix it. They told me that it was fixed and I asked the agent to verify the new address with me and he provided the wrong one again. I had remind him again what the correct address looked like.
6th time, I contacted customer support to inquiry about the status of the exchange and I was told that I needed to keep waiting.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Has anyone else experience this awful service?
