Hello,
It has been 30 days since DPD has collected my dyson collect parcel and I have not received my refund yet.
Timeline:
-I initiated the return via the dyson online chat and utilized the DPD dyson collection (you should have a record of this)
-DPD dyson collection was on January 6, 2024 (you should also have a record of this)
-I have record of DPD tracking confirming that the parcel was in fact collected
-I subsequently called into Dyson support to enquire about the status of my refund. The agent confirmed with the warehouse that the warehouse has received the item (you should have a record of this call/chat) and agent indicated I would receive my refund shortly
-I subsequently called into Dyson support as have not received my refund. They then opened an investigation and indicated that I would receive an update shortly
-I subsequently called into Dyson support again and they gave me another case no and indicated that they would rise another investigation (despite me advising that they already raised an investigation previously and it has been 30 days since the item was collected
Please assist with facilitating the refund as this has been a very frustrating process and the goal post for resolution keeps moving by dyson support. I feel that I have performed everything required to as a customer in good faith returning item for full refund.
