Request for Assistance from Dyson Rep: Refund please

Hello,

It has been 30 days since DPD has collected my dyson collect parcel and I have not received my refund yet.

Timeline:

-I initiated the return via the dyson online chat and utilized the DPD dyson collection (you should have a record of this)

-DPD dyson collection was on January 6, 2024 (you should also have a record of this)

-I have record of DPD tracking confirming that the parcel was in fact collected 

-I subsequently called into Dyson support to enquire about the status of my refund.  The agent confirmed with the warehouse that the warehouse has received the item (you should have a record of this call/chat) and agent indicated I would receive my refund shortly

-I subsequently called into Dyson support as have not received my refund.  They then opened an investigation and indicated that I would receive an update shortly

-I subsequently called into Dyson support again and they gave me another case no and indicated that they would rise another investigation (despite me advising that they already raised an investigation previously and it has been 30 days since the item was collected

 

Please assist with facilitating the refund as this has been a very frustrating process and the goal post for resolution keeps moving by dyson support.  I feel that I have performed everything required to as a customer in good faith returning item for full refund.

im in similar situation , the dyson customer service very poor they will just keep telling you that they will contact you after 24-48 hours once that done. you receive a response youl  make contact and then they'll do the same thing again. i been waiting for my refund for over 2 months. was even told once that my refund was processed waited a week and nothing. contact the bank they told me no refund was processed. contacted dyson again they told me again wait wait wait. now im currently still waiting . customer service just give you the same automated messages. really frustrating and unprofessional

Dyson, this is beyond unacceptable!

I have been waiting almost TWO MONTHS for my item, and it still hasn’t arrived! Every time I reach out, I’m told there’s an “investigation,” and that it looks like my item got “lost in transit.” Every single time I’ve been reassured I would get a refund, but here I am, still empty-handed, still lied to, and still getting the same vague responses.

And guess what? Because Dyson strung me along for so long, I can’t even do a chargeback anymore! The time for that has expired, leaving me with NOTHING. I’m being told to keep waiting for a response that never comes. This is absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! I’ve never felt so misled and frustrated.

This is honestly turning out to be the worst purchase I have ever made. Dyson, you should be ashamed of yourselves for how you’re treating your customers.
