I have sent my wives Air Warp in for replacement back in Oct Dyson has had the failed unit since Oct 12th. This has been 18 business days. When I have chatted with an agent to get an update on when a new one will be sent back, I get the response of you should get an email in 24-48 hours.
I never get that email with a status. I have spent hours on hold to be told that they have no record of previous chats. This is very a dishearten response. I would like to find a real person that can get some answers on when the replacement hair dryer will be shipped back.
