So I purchased a refurbished V11 and it came with the wrong head.
I called customer service and they asked me to send it back to be replaced. I did and I’m still waiting for my replacement. Customer service tells me that the exchange process can take up to 18 business days to be processed.
Add that to the full week it took the shipping to send my V11 and probably another week to get the new one, that means I’ll be between 4 and 6 weeks without my vacuum!
At this point, just refund me and let me go to the store to buy one. Oh wait, there’s no refunds on refurbished products .
Come on Dyson, you can do better than that!
