V7 - Troubleshooting - Need more support!

Hi Folks. While brand new to the Community, I’ve dealt with Support several times around my dead V7.

When I called Support the first time, several months ago, she diagnosed that I needed a new “main body”.  I agreed and paid to have one shipped to me.  The V7 didn’t work with the new Main Body.  I called back and they then diagnosed that it’s in need of a new battery.  I complied and paid for a new battery.  STILL didn’t work.  I called a third time and this time he said I need a new charger.  I was sent a charger, and guess what- still nothing.  Instead of calling again, I am reaching out to this community for help.

Here’s what I get now: 

  • Any press of the power trigger, even momentarily, results in the red light in the battery pack flashing 32 times.
  •  Even when I simply plug in the charger and touch nothing else, I’ll get the 32 flashes.
  • If I hold the trigger down for over the duration of the 32 red flashes, I’ll get one green flash, then nothing else.

So - I have a new Main Body, a new battery, a new charger...and no results!

May I have some help with this issue PLEASE?
