When wearing your Dyson OnTrac™ headphones, you can use Active noise cancellation (ANC) to reduce the background noise around you by up to 40dB.

Firmly double-tap either outer cap of your ear cups to switch between noise cancelling modes.

 

Isolation mode

Isolation mode

The maximum level of ANC, reducing surrounding background noise. This is the default setting for your Dyson OnTrac™ headphones.

 

Transparency mode

 

Transparency mode

Transparency mode is designed to allow you to be aware of your surroundings - amplifying key sounds like voices, emergency service sirens or informational announcements.
