Can I add detergents or cleaning solutions?
- Dyson 02 Probiotic hard floor cleaning solution is engineered to work with the Dyson Submarine
wet roller cleaner head. - We recommend using 10ml of Dyson 02 Probiotic when cleaning with your Dyson Submarine wet roller cleaner head.
- Dyson 02 Probiotic works to remove dirt and odours from internal pipes, tanks and microfibre rollers. Cleaning your floors, and your machine.
- Dyson 02 Probiotic should not be combined with chemical disinfectants, as they will affect the probiotics. Although a small number of probiotic microorganisms might survive, the aim is to build up a healthy population and the use of biocidal products will slow this down
Important: Please do not use bleach with your Dyson Submarine wet roller cleaner head.
Can I use another cleaning solution instead?
Dyson 02 Probiotic has been specially formulated to work with Dyson wet cleaners, like WashG1 and Submarine. We can’t guarantee that other formulations won’t cause excessive foaming on the floor or be incompatible with the plastics and other materials.
Can I add hot water?
Fill with tap water only, up to 35°C/95° F. Don’t use boiling water, as this could cause damage not covered under your machine’s Dyson guarantee.
