If you’re planning on taking your Dyson Zone™ or Dyson OnTrac™ headphones on a domestic or international flight, here’s what you'll need to know when connecting to the plane’s entertainment system via the audio port.
By using your headphones In-flight cable, connected to the 2-pin adaptor, the headphones can be plugged directly into the plane’s audio port. This allows for the use of the Dyson pure audio, and provides immersive listening in comfort.

Start by connecting the In-flight adapter to the port on the left earcup, then connect it to the 2-pin adapter. Then plug the 2-pin adapter into the plane’s audio port.
To charge the headphones, connect the USB-C into the in-flight adapter on the left earcup, plugging the charging end into the USB-C port.
Please note
- The In-flight adaptor will only charge your headphones when the USB-C cable is also used.
- The audio controls on your headphones will not function when the In-flight adaptor is in use.
