Either an error on the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) or a faulty motor. Without a diagnostic rig or pulling the machine open to inspect, it will be hard to say. If you have a good electronic shop locally, they may be savvy enough to fix it. Alternatively, have you tried searching on google for a fix?
