Unable to add the HP00 to the Dyson App. Any Ideas?

Hi guys.
 

I am a new user, I bought an HP00 air purifier and when I try to add it within the Dyson app (when entering the serial number) it tells me that it is wrong and I cannot add it, when chatting with support. Ivo tells me that there is a problem with this equipment but they do not give me a solution.

Does anyone know how I can solve this?

As none of our other members have stepped in with an answer yet, I thought I’d reply.

I’m sorry to say, but the HP00 doesn’t have any connectable features, meaning that it cannot be controllable through the Dyson App.

While later models of the series are able to be added to the App, even though they can’t be controlled, this is only to review the warranty data. 

Unfortunately, there isn’t anything that can be done to enable the App features on this version.
