I bought a Dyson 360 heurist in the netherlands and brought it to Chile, where I live. I asked the people in the store if it would work and said no problem. NOw I find the app store does not let me download the app and cannot use it. Help! Is there any way to fix this. It was a very expensive purchase. Tried VPN and no success.

Have you tried setting your phones language and region to somewhere the app is available? Maybe the States or the United Kingdom.
Apart from a one line statement on this post, Downloading the Dyson App | Dyson Community, saying; if it isn’t available in your region, there isn’t anything Dyson can do officially.
