I had a repair request and I was subsequently sent a UPS label to ship my items. UPS has determined that it was delivered … turns out they sent me a label to be shipped right back at my door. However, I never received it and dyson never received it. Chat and customer support is of no help - they run in circles and provide no additional value to the problems.
How do we get actual help with someone who understands? Dyson sells products at premium prices; where is the support to back all of that up?
