+2I just received my Dyson 360 vis nav and noticed the dock that shipped with my unit doesn’t match to color of the robot. On the Dyson product page it shows the dock matches the robot. The dock it came with is a greyish color; is this normal or did it ship with the wrong one?

The colourway of the dock included with the Dyson 360 Vis Nav™ robot has been updated as a running change. Aside from the colour, there’s no change to the function of the dock - it’s the correct one for your new machine.

Would you mind posting a picture of your dock? I doubt they ship the wrong one, but you never know. Mine matches the color of the robot.

Here is the dock. I know it’s correct but all of the advertisements, paid influencers, and reviewers show docks that match the same color of the robot. This off grey color doesn’t go well with the unique color of the robot.

same color for me also , I got my Dyson robot last week with 2 grey dock and I don’t like the color.
This looks definitly different than mine. Mine has the exact same color as the robot. Unfortunately I do not know why they are doing this, sorry.

Thanks for the reply. Luckily the second dock that I got sent was the other color. So the grey one will be put upstairs.
